Special Guest! Leon is a medical scientist with two doctorates (wow!) who’s worked on some amazing projects in both academia and industry. These days, he leads 2Mynds, a company that helps people stay calm and focused under pressure — perfect for those tight tennis matches! He’ll be sharing techniques that combine science, meditation, and high-performance training. You won’t want to miss this.
